These Terms of Service govern your use of Relore operated by Root & Revival. By accessing or using Relore you agree to be bound by these terms.
Relore is an AI-powered listing generation tool for resellers. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you upload and all activity that occurs under your account.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Relore. Founding member subscriptions are billed at $29 per month and lock in that rate for as long as you remain subscribed. Standard subscriptions are billed at the current public rate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Founding members who cancel lose their locked rate and would return at the current public price if they resubscribe.
Relore uses Google's Gemini AI to generate listing content including titles, descriptions, tags, and pricing suggestions. This content is provided as a starting point and we make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing it to any platform. Pricing suggestions are based on AI analysis and do not constitute financial advice.
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating listing content for you. We do not claim ownership of any content you create using Relore.
You may not use Relore to generate content for counterfeit or fraudulently described items. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service. You may not use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
The Service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will meet your requirements or expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Root & Revival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
