Relore is operated by Root & Revival. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Relore at app.relore.co.
We collect your Google account email address and name when you sign in with Google. We also collect the images you upload for analysis, any item details you provide, and your Google Sheet ID if you choose to connect one.
We use your email to identify your account, track your usage, and send you occasional emails about Relore including product updates and announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We use your images and item details solely to generate listing content via the Gemini AI API. We do not store your images after analysis is complete.
When you connect your Google account, we request access to your Google Sheets to log listing data. We only access the specific sheet you provide. We never access, read, or store any other files in your Google Drive or Google account. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We use Google Gemini AI to analyze your images and generate listing content. Your images and details are sent to Google's API for processing. Please review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles all payment information securely and we never store your credit card details. Your account information including email, usage counts, and subscription tier is stored securely and is accessible only to Root & Revival. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
We use cookies to store your settings and keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also disconnect Google Sheets access through your account settings within the app.
